Home base of FoodTV's hottest host Emeril Lagasse. Featured in the great article on New Orleans cigar establisments in Smoke Magazine. This is also a world famous restaurant. Emeril was the executive chef at equally famous Commander's Palace, owned by the well respected family, before he struck out on his own. He owns three restaurants in New Orleans, Emeril's, NOLA and he recently purchased, restored and reopened Delmonico's. Emeril's features a cigar list and a cigar waiter along with a private label cigar. Reservations are required and should be made at least three months in advance since Emeril is HOT and so are his restaurants. BAM!

One of New Orleans' older and most respected restaurants, along with Antoine's and Galatoire's, all located in the Vieux Carre. Founded in 1918 by Count Arnaud Cazenave, a trip to New Orleans is not complete without a visit to this, one of the city's Grande Dames, now owned by Archie Casbarian who bought it a few years ago and restored it to its rightful splendor.
